It all started with a zythology course that the two of us took, simply out of passion. Zythology is like oenology, but for beer...
After talking to some friends about it, they asked us to organize a tasting for them. That's how we organized our first cheese and beer dinner.
Dinner and tastings followed, for individuals, companies and breweries.
To enhance the experience, we've even developed our first Cheese & Beer Croquette.
While all the feedback was complimentary, we found that not having a place to welcome customers put a barrier between us.
So we decided - and this was our goal from the start - to open our first restaurant!
To offer our customers the best possible experience, we decided to go further than just pairing cheese and beer. In addition to this, we also offer delicious dishes and starters based on seasonal vegetables.
Whichever you choose, you'll always benefit from the best advice and explanations from beer pairing.
We take great care to ensure that all our products are made by craftsmen.
You are always welcome in our restaurant for an original, gourmet and unique experience.
Several starters and main courses of the moment are always on offer. Those depend on the seasonal vegetables and availability at our partner organic market-garden farm. There are always vegetarian suggestions.

Our vegetables come from our partner Ferme du Tilleuls: an organic market-gardening farm.
We select artisanal cheeses in partnership with Fromagerie Parmentier.
Our wide selection of beers comes exclusively from craft breweries.
